Join Our Team as a Senior Manager, Software Engineering

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager, Software Engineering to lead our team of developers in creating innovative solutions that drive business growth. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for leading a portfolio of diverse technology projects and collaborating with digital product managers to deliver robust cloud-based solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of developers in designing and implementing full-stack systems and distributed microservices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop solutions that meet regulatory requirements.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and participate in internal and external technology communities to drive innovation.
  • Develop and implement cloud-based solutions using AWS tools and services.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years of people management experience.
  • Intermediate-Advanced English fluency.
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • At least 1 year of experience with cloud computing (AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud).
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's Degree.
  • 9+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 7 years of people management experience.
  • Experience with Agile practices.
  • Experience with open-source frameworks.
