**Operational Excellence at Hewlett Packard**

We are seeking a seasoned Business Process Optimization Specialist to join our team in LATAM. This is a unique opportunity to drive significant improvements in operations, enabling efficiency gains and automation across the region.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing complex operational processes, including configuration, quote management, deal coordination, bid management, margin analysis, customer resource management, revenue recognition, invoicing, and sales reporting. Your expertise will help us streamline these processes, reduce costs, and enhance overall performance.

You will act as a project manager for moderately complex projects, overseeing the implementation of process improvements and ensuring successful outcomes. Additionally, you will provide guidance and leadership to junior employees, helping them develop their skills and knowledge.

To succeed in this role, you will need a strong background in business-related functions, preferably finance, accounting, or compensation. You should have a first-level university degree or equivalent experience, with 4-6 years of experience in a similar field. Advanced project management skills, including Agile methodologies, are essential, along with proven experience in process improvement management and Lean Six Sigma techniques.

Your excellent communication skills will enable you to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, communicate complex ideas, and present results to stakeholders. Proficiency in English is required, with the ability to work in other languages as needed. Solid understanding of internal business processes and policies, as well as developed business acumen and accounting concepts, are also vital.
