The Leasing Representative plays a crucial role in supporting our Leasing customers throughout the life of their contract. This involves clarifying doubts, assisting with processes such as end-of-term and annual payment, and ensuring compliance with key performance indicators (KPIs) and objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service and support to Leasing customers
- Collaborate with vendors and other departments to deliver top-notch service
- Implement changes quickly and efficiently
- Manage external vendors that provide services to GMF and our customers
- Support dealers with requests regarding vehicle registration processes
- Report on Leasing department activities
- Customer service values and orientation
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field
- Bilingual (Spanish and English) written and verbal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Analytical and problem-solving ability
- Working knowledge of computer programs such as Microsoft Office (high Excel knowledge)
- Effective communication with peers and senior leadership
- Teamwork and collaboration
- Ability to work under pressure
- Proactive approach
