Job Description

As a Business Development and Partnership Lead, you will be responsible for formulating business development plans, assisting the team in completing the introduction, negotiation, cooperation, and signing of business cooperation projects. This will involve developing strategic partnerships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to increase trading volume and build long-term relationships with new and existing KOLs/clients.

Key Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Formulating business development plans to drive growth and revenue.
  • Developing strategic partnerships with KOLs to increase trading volume.
  • Building long-term relationships with new and existing KOLs/clients.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 1-5 years of proven working experience as a business development manager or a relevant role.
  • Experience in channel development and market development.
  • A deep understanding of crypto markets is a plus.
  • Proficiency in English and local language Spanish (Polish or French or Portuguese).
