Senior Manager, Regional Partnership Development

As a Senior Manager of Regional Partnership Development, you will oversee and lead third-party distribution partnership marketing programs in Latin America. Your responsibilities include working with multiple teams and external partners to execute marketing strategies for subscriber growth and performance expansion.
You will independently manage partnership marketing strategy and operations, ensuring legal and creative approvals are met. Additionally, you will monitor and evaluate distribution partners' marketing performance in the region, identifying ways to improve efficiency.
Your duties will also include building business cases, projections, and metrics for programs in the region, as well as evaluating distribution partners' proposals from a marketing perspective. You will prioritize programs based on return on investment, level of effort, strategic impact, and financial implications.
In this role, you will oversee the management of local partner requests and operations of partnership marketing projects initiated by Crunchyroll. This includes reporting, creative briefing, contract management, title selection, asset management, project management, and similar activities.
