**Dealer Partnership Opportunity**:
Come grow with us as a key player in developing and maintaining partnerships with dealers, fleet, and end users. This role requires a goal-driven and motivated individual who can surpass deadlines and achieve results.

**Job Duties**:

Develop annual sales and marketing strategies to accomplish sales and gross profit goals through dealers in your assigned area of responsibility (AOR).
- Work closely with internal (VP of Marketing) and external partners (e.g., DCX, Allison) to implement marketing and sales strategies and promotions with dealers as outlined in annual plans.
- Administer dealer incentive programs to drive sales growth.
- Regularly visit dealers in your AOR to promote the specification of William's products in their equipment offerings and resolve any issues that may impact this specification.
- Collaborate with vendors to resolve issues with their products for dealers or any William's operations.
- Work with dealers to convince their customers to purchase equipment with William's specified products;
- Promote the purchase of all William's products by dealers by showcasing their value;
- Participate in industry functions, trade shows, associations, and other events to promote W. W. Williams and its products;
- Ensure compliance with Dealer Agreements and support dealers in achieving this.
- Analyze monthly activity against goals and objectives and report findings to upper management;
- Maintain accurate records of all activities and opportunities using William's CRM system.

**Work Experience & Qualifications**:

Strong communication skills (oral and written)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
