As a Commercial Sales and Partnership Developer at W.W. Williams Companies, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the success of our sales and service team. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Dealer Development Manager.

The Dealer Development Manager will be responsible for developing annual sales and marketing plans targeted to accomplish sales and gross profit goals through dealers in their assigned area of responsibility. This will involve working closely with internal and external partners to implement marketing and sales strategies and promotions with dealers as strategized in annual sales/marketing plans.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the sales and marketing landscape and be able to analyze market trends and develop effective strategies to drive sales growth. They will also have excellent problem-solving skills and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

The salary for this position is estimated to be around $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. This estimate is based on national averages for similar positions in the United States.
