The Role


We are seeking a highly experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our leadership team. As a key member of our executive committee, you will be responsible for protecting our revenues, profits, liquidity, and safeguarding a favorable environment for continued growth under various compliance frameworks.


Your primary focus will be on all aspects of financial management, including corporate accounting, administration, fiscal management, regulatory and financial reporting, budget and forecasts preparation, and internal control policy development. You will lead the accounting, administration, IT, and HR functions across all operative geographies.


Main Responsibilities



  • Protect and drive the company's revenues, profits, and liquidity.
  • Develop and implement our overall financial strategy, driving planning and operations towards excellence.
  • Ensure cash flow is optimized for organizational operations, creating a reliable projection process and reporting structure.
  • Manage fundraising plans and capital structure, maintaining relationships with banks, partners, and investors to secure necessary funding.
  • Prepare accurate current and forecasting financial reports, adhering to GAAP and IFRS standards for each operating country and consolidated versions.
  • Analyze discrepancies between actual results and budgets, identifying root causes and collaborating with departments to resolve them.
  • IDentify cost and expense reduction opportunities, coordinating with departments to capitalize on them.
  • Routinely review revenue cycle metrics to proactively address issues impacting performance.
  • Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls.
  • Define and manage accounting operations, including Billing, A/R, A/P, GL, and Cost Accounting.
  • Implement process automations systems and ERP systems.
  • Build and manage outsourced fiscal and accounting functions for new geographies.

Requirements


To succeed in this role, you should have:



  • A Bachelor's Degree in Administration, Accounting, or Finance from a top institution.
  • A Master's degree in Business Administration, Controllership, Corporate Finance, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience as a CFO or Head of Finance.
  • In-depth knowledge of accounting, financial management, fiscal management, and administration functions.
  • Expertise in corporate financial law and risk management practices.
  • Sound knowledge of financial benchmarking, accounting, audit, and tax compliance.
  • Experience defining Order-To-Cash, Request-To-Payment, Registry-To-Report, Inventory, and Hiring macroprocesses.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent communication and leadership abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year
