**Estimated Salary:** $42,000 - $52,000 per month

**Job Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled Revenue Growth Strategist to develop and execute revenue optimization strategies for our Personal Loan business segment. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in pricing strategies, financial analysis, and revenue management within the personal loan or consumer lending industry.

The successful candidate will analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for revenue enhancement and market expansion. They will work closely with sales and marketing teams to align revenue goals with sales strategies and promotional activities.

We are seeking a strategic thinker who can utilize data analytics tools to forecast revenue trends, track performance metrics, and generate actionable insights. The ability to implement effective pricing models, considering risk assessment, market demand, and profitability, is essential.

The Revenue Growth Strategist will also collaborate with operational teams to manage loan portfolios, optimize capacity, and ensure efficient utilization of resources. Additionally, they will evaluate and recommend revenue optimization tools, systems, or technologies to streamline processes and enhance revenue management practices.

**Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or relevant certifications preferred.

• Proven experience (4 years) in revenue management, pricing strategies, or financial analysis within the personal loan, consumer lending, or financial services industry.

• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful revenue optimization strategies, driving measurable results.

• Knowledge of regulatory frameworks and compliance standards within the personal loan or consumer lending sector.

• Ability to design efficient processes and continuously improve operations.

**Benefits:

• Work hours: Monday to Friday 09-18.

• Payment: $42,000-$52,000 per month.
