About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP OTC Consultant to join our team at MXES Entserv Enterprise Services Mexico S. de R.L. de C.V. As a key member of our SAP OTC team, you will play a crucial role in the design, implementation, and support of SAP OTC solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Solution Design and Implementation
    • Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP OTC solutions.
    • Support the configuration and customization of SAP OTC modules to meet client needs.
    • Participate in the implementation of SAP OTC projects under the guidance of senior consultants.
  • Client Engagement
    • Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes and requirements.
    • Provide support in conducting workshops, presentations, and training sessions for clients.
    • Assist in documenting client requirements and project deliverables.
  • Project Assistance
    • Support the development of project plans, timelines, and budgets.
    • Help manage project resources, deliverables, and milestones.
    • Assist in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Support and Maintenance
    • Provide ongoing support and maintenance for SAP OTC solutions.
    • Assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to SAP OTC functionality.
    • Support the implementation of enhancements and updates as needed.
  • Team Collaboration
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams including developers, business analysts, and other consultants.
    • Seek guidance and mentorship from senior consultants to improve skills and knowledge.
    • Contribute to knowledge sharing and best practice development within the team.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, business administration, or a related field.
  • Experience with SAP OTC modules such as Sales Order Processing, Billing, Pricing, and Credit Management.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in SAP OTC configuration and customization is preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
  • Eagerness to learn and develop expertise in SAP OTC.
  • SAP certification or relevant coursework is a plus.
