Vendor Liaison Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Vendor Liaison to join our team. This role involves answering national calls, resolving issues, providing call status, opening traces, and offering general information, including rates and products we provide. Additionally, successful candidates will actively generate revenue by promoting accounts.

• Answering national calls to resolve customer queries and concerns
• Providing accurate call status and updates to customers
• Opening traces to investigate and resolve customer issues
• Offering general information on rates, products, and services
• Generating revenue through account promotions

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
• Previous experience in customer service or sales roles
