We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruiter to join our team. As a Recruiter for Technical Roles, you will be responsible for identifying and attracting top technical talent to support our clients' needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to meet client requirements
- Source and attract top technical talent through various channels
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates
- Manage the recruitment process from initial contact to placement
- Provide regular updates and reports to clients on recruitment progress
Requirements:
- 3+ years of overall recruiting experience
- 1+ years of technical recruiting experience in IT modernization, Cloud Implementation, Cybersecurity, or Data Management
- Knowledge and understanding of Boolean searches
- Excellent communication, writing, and computer skills
- Extremely detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or any Technology-related field (preferred)

- 2+ years of recruitment experience in a similar field
- Human Resources experience (1+ year)
- Technical recruitment experience (1+ year)
