Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Recruiter to join our team at Equivity. As a Sales Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring exceptional candidates to support our business broker offices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute effective recruiting strategies to attract and retain top talent for business broker positions.
  • Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and industry associations.
  • Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including resume reviews, phone screens, and in-person interviews, to evaluate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate and manage the entire recruitment process, from initial candidate contact to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, and clients, ensuring a positive experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics, candidate pipelines, and hiring trends.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a field such as HR, Psychology, Public Relations, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in recruiting for financial services or sales roles.
  • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse candidates and clients.
  • Proficiency in job boards, social media platforms, and other recruiting tools and technologies.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
What We Offer
  • $16,000 pesos per month + Commissions.
  • Monday-Friday 7:00 am to 5:00 pm.
