Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced AI Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for enabling the delivery of high-quality AI data services to our clients, leveraging their expertise in project management to develop AI models that engage and collaborate with customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and report on all aspects of project performance – quality, productivity, schedule, and budget.
  • Actively monitor production, manage delivery schedules, and ensure compliance with throughput and quality expectations for a portfolio of AI data services projects to one or more clients.
  • Proactively manage communications with customers about project status and risks, and respond promptly to customer inquiries and escalations.
  • Develop and maintain appropriate documentation of project workflows, guidelines, and deliverables.
  • Coordinate with internal quality leads, project managers, linguists, and recruiters to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Work closely with the quality team to design and implement quality evaluation protocols.
  • Document quality issues and implement remediation strategies to ensure all client deliverables meet or exceed criteria for quality, timelines, and budget.
  • Coordinate with the solution design team to validate and implement workflows for new service offerings for AI data.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, engineering, systems, finance, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • 2+ years' experience in operational roles and/or project management, preferably in an AI services or delivery environment.
  • An action-oriented mindset that combines creative problem-solving with the resourcefulness needed to deliver results.
  • Strong analytical skills, with a focus on planning and continuous process improvement.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
