**Project Oversight and Financial Management**:

This role will partner with the Head of Hub Operations to guide projects and new leases from inception to execution, ensuring timely and budget-friendly completion.

**Key Responsibilities**:

  • Financial management and control of major hub projects, including office and industrial fit-outs in the Americas.
  • Closely collaborate with the RE Americas Hub Operations team to ensure accurate forecasts and budgets.
  • Primary interface for global RE FIN and other financial support functions on maintenance and capital expenditure matters.
  • Financial and accounting management of all purchase and sale transactions.
  • Establish and maintain close working relationships with SCM, Legal, Tax, RE AM Zones, and Regions.
  • Interface with RE Customers/Partners, SE RE Hub Operations, and Americas Accounting Hubs.

**Requirements**:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent.
  • 10+ years of core experience in accounting, controlling, or commercial financial management.
  • Strong team leadership and alliance-building skills.
  • Ability to influence senior management on assigned RE topics.
  • Advanced knowledge of Siemens Energy business, organization, processes, and internal customer requirements.
  • Knowledge of project controlling, financial option comparison methods, and balance sheet and cash implications on projects and decision-making.
  • Advanced knowledge of SAP, IFRS 16, and contract management.
  • English fluency required.
  • Customer orientation as a competent partner to RE Americas Head of Hub Operations and RE FIN AM.
