Customs Service Representative Coordinator

You will collaborate with our experienced team to drive efficiency and provide exceptional customer experiences. Your focus will be on direct customer service, working closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless filing processes.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Coordinate with clients to obtain necessary customs documents for shipment clearance through our Mexican ports
• Receive and process client instructions and notifications for shipment movement, clearance, and scheduling
• Serve as a liaison between clients and our partners in Mexican customs ports to facilitate cargo movement and clearance
• Review and organize documentation to ensure timely filing
• Coordinate customs processes to receive and send documents from/to our port offices, completing all Mexican entries and notifying clients of cargo status
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Mexican customs regulations and procedures, including those of Sagarpa, Salud, Cofepris, Pemisos de Importacion, and other government agencies
• Collaborate with our Monterrey Airport office team members and dispatchers to ensure customs clearance status and processes are communicated effectively
• File Mexican Customs entries under Mexican Customs Law for our clients
• Oversee Mexican Brokerage operations processes and documentation
• Contribute to company-wide projects and initiatives

**Requirements:**

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on client satisfaction
• Interest in international business and Mexican customs
• 1-3 years of customs or logistics experience, with a willingness to learn
• Fluency in English and Spanish
• Proficiency in customs software, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and other software programs
• Strong interpersonal skills, problem-solving abilities, and conflict resolution skills
• Data entry experience is essential
• Prior supervisory experience is a plus
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

**Compensation:**

$20,000.00 per month

**Work Location:**

In-person work at our San Pedro Garza García, N. L. location
