We are seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Analyst to join our team at Amgen. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and improving operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities- Assess the business impact and value associated with solutions being implemented at the affiliate level.
- Identify and develop digital automation projects at the affiliate level, providing cost savings analysis and resolving feasibility of the solution.
- Analyze training needs of executive staff and provide quality individual and group training programs.
- Ensure Information Security, Identity and Access Management, and Records and Information Management teams are scalable, secure, and optimized to protect Amgen's information.
- Communicate DTI projects status to internal and external partners.
- Stay up-to-date with related regulatory/industry considerations, compliance issues, and scientific discovery.
- Bachelor's degree or Associate's degree with 5 years of experience in similar positions.
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal communication.
- Preferred requirements include SCRUM Master certification, UiPath, and Project Management skills.
