Executive Assistant to General Manager

Position Overview:
The Executive Assistant will provide comprehensive support to the General Manager and the operations team within the fulfillment center.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational skills, a keen attention to detail, and a self-driven attitude. They must be capable of managing sensitive information and adept at adapting to shifting workloads and priorities.

Key Competencies:
Effective communication skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks and personnel are essential.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience supporting senior management or director-level positions.
  • At least 2 years of experience in managing travel arrangements.
  • Proficient in preparing basic expense and reimbursement reports.
  • Experience in overseeing fixed budgets for office management, events, and meetings.
Core Responsibilities:
  • Demonstrated experience in administrative or secretarial support roles.
  • Strong clerical abilities including photocopying, faxing, typing meeting notes, and organizing travel.
  • Capability to create presentations utilizing graphic elements.
  • Responsible for completing expense reports, maintaining schedules, planning events, and coordinating meetings for the fulfillment center staff.
Additional Requirements:
  • 2+ years of professional or military experience.
  • 1+ years of experience with computers and Microsoft Office applications.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 49 pounds and to stand or walk for shifts lasting up to 12 hours.
  • Flexibility to work 40 hours per week, including potential overtime.
  • Willingness to work a varied schedule, including weekends and holidays.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Experience in end-to-end project management.
