  • Over 1 year of experience in Recruitment
  • Experience in the México market
  • Responsible for high-volume, multi-level recruitment and selection activities using behavior-based interviewing techniques
  • Utilize various sourcing techniques, including internet job postings, database, referrals, internet advertisements, head hunting, and networking
  • Accountable for achieving recruitment performance metrics and ensuring compliance with corporate policies
  • Develop, review, and implement recruitment goals, policies, and procedures
  • Effectively handle employee concerns and questions, and raise them to management with recommendations, if appropriate
  • Collaborate with HR and Managers from different areas to understand workforce needs and provide proactive recruitment and selection
  • Manage the internal recruitment process and database to meet the company's recruitment targets
  • Organize and plan Recruitment Drives, Referral drives, and Walk-ins to meet hiring numbers
