Administrative Coordinator

At AmSpec Group, we are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to support our operational activities.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Coordinate administrative tasks and ensure timely completion of responsibilities.
  2. Manage and maintain accurate records and documents.
  3. Provide exceptional administrative support to team members.
  4. Ensure compliance with organizational policies and quality management systems.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree in Administration or related field.
  2. Intermediate/Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
  3. Desirable knowledge of ISO 9001 quality management systems.
  4. Excellent organizational and communication skills.
