Job Description

As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the work center, including:

  • Managing administrative documents and records
  • Maintaining file organization and order
  • Creating reports for clients
  • Complying with organizational quality management systems and regulations
  • Ensuring confidentiality, integrity, and availability of IQMS policies
  • Meeting the needs of interested parties

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in administration, accounting, or a related field
  • Intermediate/advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
  • Desirable knowledge of ISO 9001 quality management systems
  • Knowledge in agricultural inspection and administrative tools
  • Ability to adapt, problem-solve, and communicate effectively
  • Emotional intelligence, creativity, innovation, and organizational skills
