Job Description
As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the work center, including:
- Managing administrative documents and records
- Maintaining file organization and order
- Creating reports for clients
- Complying with organizational quality management systems and regulations
- Ensuring confidentiality, integrity, and availability of IQMS policies
- Meeting the needs of interested parties
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's degree in administration, accounting, or a related field
- Intermediate/advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
- Desirable knowledge of ISO 9001 quality management systems
- Knowledge in agricultural inspection and administrative tools
- Ability to adapt, problem-solve, and communicate effectively
- Emotional intelligence, creativity, innovation, and organizational skills
