- Financial Reporting and Analysis: Supervise the preparation of annual budgets, periodic reviews, monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings, and the preparation of financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local and international standards.
- Cash Flow and Risk Management: Manage cash flow, investments, and financial risks, developing strategies to mitigate foreign exchange, credit, and market risks, ensuring adequate liquidity and profitability.
- Financial Insights and Recommendations: Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management to drive business performance, supporting strategic and operational decision-making, and effectively communicating financial and strategic results to all stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years working in the automotive or international manufacturing industry in a leadership position within a Finance team, including experience with US tax calculations.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Public Accounting; a Master's degree in Taxation or Finance is desirable.
- Language: 100% Fluent in English.
- Tax Knowledge: Knowledge of Mexican and US tax regulations.
