Advanced Network Operations Center Engineer for Voice AI Infrastructure

We are seeking an experienced Network Operations Center (NOC) Engineer to join our 24/7/365 team focused on monitoring, alert response, triage, and ownership of system platform issues. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to our mission by ensuring the stability and reliability of our global infrastructure.

This role is based in Guadalajara, where you will collaborate closely with colleagues in the United States and Canada. You will be part of a small team of NOC Engineers and Site Reliability Engineers working together to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to alerts and alarms according to established runbooks, knowledge base articles, and standard operating procedures
  • Analyze systems, network, and security monitoring data to fine-tune alerts and alarms
  • Develop, maintain, and improve operational documentation to ensure seamless knowledge transfer
  • Proactively track and report issues across multiple departments both internally and externally with partners and vendors
  • Assist with change management, including scheduling, approval, and communication

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in full-stack monitoring and incident management
  • A strong team-first disposition with excellent analytical, problem-solving, debugging, and troubleshooting skills
  • High attention to detail, reliable follow-up, and the ability to prioritize quickly under pressure
