About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team at Capgemini. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage project teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, including project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate and manage project resources, including team members, vendors, and stakeholders.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, and develop contingency plans as needed.
  • Ensure that project deliverables meet the required quality standards, and that project documentation is accurate and complete.
  • Communicate project status and progress to stakeholders, including project sponsors, team members, and vendors.
  • Manage project finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
  • Ensure that project teams are trained and equipped to deliver projects to the required quality standards.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager, with a track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire project teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks.
  • Experience with project management tools and techniques, including Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies, including PRINCE2, PMBOK, and Agile.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple projects and priorities.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand business needs and requirements.
