Job Title: Education Consultant

Oracle is seeking a highly skilled Education Consultant to join our team. As an Education Consultant, you will play a critical role in helping our customers achieve their business objectives by providing high-quality training and education services.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and deliver customized training programs for customers to ensure optimal user adoption and ROI.
  • Collaborate with customers to understand their training needs and develop tailored solutions.
  • Develop and maintain expertise in NetSuite applications and provide subject matter expertise to customers.
  • Deliver training sessions in a virtual and on-site environment, including instructor-led training and webinars.
  • Participate in the development of new offerings and improvement to processes, providing feedback and suggestions to education program management.
  • Stay up-to-date on current and new product rollouts to ensure functional and technical knowledge, as well as training and presentation skills are continuously upgraded.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the technology industry.
  • 1+ years of experience in a functional training or consultative role with emphasis on technology and business process training development, design, and delivery.
  • Strong presentation, training, and group facilitation skills.
  • Understanding of common industry standards as related to ERP and standard business practices as related to Accounting, Inventory Management, and/or Software/Services management functions.
  • Excellent time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple demands and reprioritize as customer timelines shift.
  • Highly adaptable and open to change to best serve the needs of customers.
  • Excellent written and verbal English and Spanish skills that can be applied to documentation development, curriculum review, delivery, and all communication.
Language Requirement:
  • Full Professional Proficiency in English and Spanish.
  • Proficiency in Portuguese an asset, but not required.
Travel:
  • The position will deliver on-site training upon request, up to 40%.
