Product Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Owner to join our Scrum software development team at Avature. As a Product Owner, you will play a crucial part in integrating our core systems by crafting high-quality solutions that meet and exceed stakeholder expectations.

1. Define and Prioritize Product Features: Collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritize product features through continuous engagement and well-defined user stories.
2. Communicate Product Vision and Requirements: Clearly communicate product vision and requirements to the development team, ensuring alignment with business goals.
3. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify dependencies and mitigate risks throughout the development process.
4. Agile Ceremonies: Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
5. Test Case Definition: Collaborate with developers to define test cases, ensuring comprehensive coverage of features and verifying application functionality.
6. Quality Testing: Participate in quality testing to assist the team in testing the applications before UAT.

1. Agile Methodologies: Proficient in Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum, with a proven track record of delivering successful software products.
2. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable development plans.
3. Stakeholder Management: Experience in stakeholder management and effective communication across technical and non-technical teams.
4. Time Management: Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
5. English Skills: Excellent English reading and writing skills.

1. Jira Experience: Experience leveraging Jira for managing the Software Development Cycle.
2. Figma Experience: Experience creating wireframes in Figma.
