Job Overview

The Senior Test Engineer role is crucial for ensuring that our products adhere to established specifications. This position involves developing and validating procedures and software to guarantee compliance. The Senior Test Engineer will collaborate closely with Quality Engineers, Process Engineers, and Manufacturing Teams to enhance End Of Line Tester Yield (EOL). Additionally, this role is responsible for validating New Product Introductions against testing specifications and ensuring timely launches, as well as spearheading initiatives for cost reduction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Reduce EOL Tester Time Out.
  • Enhance End of Line Yield for Testers.
  • Develop Maintenance Routines for testing equipment.
  • Create procedures for End of Line Testing.
  • Lead initiatives aimed at cost reduction.
  • Automate and improve existing EOL Testers and associated devices.
  • Optimize Tester Routing Sequences to boost productivity.
  • Enhance traceability protocols to update the parameters database.
  • Collaborate with the Focus Factory Manager to ensure new products meet specifications.
  • Maintain and improve organization in the EOL Tester Area.
  • Manage ICT processes.
  • Lead a team of Test Technicians.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in similar roles.
  • Proficiency in English.
