We are seeking a highly skilled Test Specialist to join our Central Test Management team as part of the Business Transformation program. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading testing activities, including planning, execution, and monitoring of functional and non-functional testing phases in a multi-release setup.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead testing activities, including planning, execution, and monitoring of functional and non-functional testing phases.
- Closely collaborate with functional and technical teams across the business transformation global program.
- Prepare and implement holistic test approaches for complex application landscapes in alignment with the global program management.
- Support developing and communicating test principles and standards to testing teams and stakeholders.
- Coordinate different test phases (FT/SIT/UAT/Regression Test etc.) in a cross-functional environment.
- Collect test metrics and report to stakeholders regularly to identify and mitigate risks on test progress.
- Degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, IT Science, or related field.
- 5 years' experience in test management, test methodologies, and execution tools (ideally JIRA XRAY).
- Experience in Test Automation, Performance testing, and other non-functional testing.
- Good knowledge of packaged software (SAP S/4, etc.).
- Experience in project management methodologies (e.g., Waterfall, Agile).
- Work in a global cross-functional environment, including identifying and addressing business needs.
- Participate in meetings and manage prepare concise, accurate documents.
- Strong communication skills (English required C1/C2).
- Resume/CV must be submitted in English.
