We are seeking a skilled Laundry Assistant to join our team at The Westin Guadalajara. As a key member of our Housekeeping and Laundry department, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and quality in our laundry operations.

• Operate and monitor washing, drying, and drying machinery to ensure efficient and effective laundry processing.
• Inspect and identify stained or damaged items, determining the best course of action for repair, spot treatment, rewash, or discard.
• Maintain accurate records of items laundered and ensure compliance with company safety and security policies.
• Develop and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues to achieve common goals and support a culture of excellence.

• No high school diploma or equivalent required.
• No related work experience necessary.
• No supervisory experience required.
