Senior Analog and Mixed Signal IC Design Engineer

Micron is seeking an experienced Analog and Mixed Signal IC Design Engineer to join our team at the Micron Mexico Design Center. As a key member of our IP Development Group, you will be responsible for designing and developing high-performance analog and mixed signal circuits for our DRAM-related memory products.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop analog and mixed signal circuits for DRAM-related memory products
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate circuits into our products
- Optimize circuit performance through simulation and verification
- Work closely with Process integration and transistor modeling personnel to design circuits for our next leading edge process node
- Provide layout supervision and optimize layout throughout post-layout simulations
Requirements
- Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field, or Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of experience
- 5+ years of experience in analog IC design, with a focus on mixed signal circuit design
- Experience with UNIX and CADENCE design environment (Simulation, Schematic entry, SPF extraction)
- Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to other design peers
- Ability to work independently and in teams
