Mg Head Hunting is seeking a highly skilled Production Control Assistant Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of production processes and maintaining high levels of efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement production control strategies to optimize production processes and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve production-related issues.
- Monitor and analyze production data to inform business decisions and drive process improvements.
- Implement and maintain effective inventory management systems to ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure seamless supply chain operations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics Engineering, or related field.
- 7-10 years of relevant work experience in production control, materials, or logistics.
- Strong knowledge of EDI, Kanban Systems, ERP/MRP, and international raw material management.
- Fluency in English and advanced level of proficiency.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to think critically and outside the box.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of root cause analysis methodologies, such as 5W+2H, Ishikawa, and 5 Whys.
- Lean manufacturing and TPS (Toyota Production System) experience.
