Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Flooring Production Operator to join our team at Kronospan. In this role, you will be responsible for operating press and saw machinery to produce high-quality laminate flooring.

Responsibilities:
  • Operate press and saw machinery to manufacture laminate flooring
  • Monitor production processes to ensure quality and efficiency
  • Perform maintenance tasks to prevent equipment downtime
  • Collaborate with other team members to meet production targets
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Basic computer skills, including data entry and tracking
  • Ability to set up, operate, troubleshoot, and adjust press and saw machinery
  • Attention to detail and ability to inspect materials for quality
  • Excellent attendance record and ability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays

Estimated Salary:

$45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience
