Key Responsibilities:- Act as the primary interface for all IT deliverables, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to meet business objectives.
- Oversee the coordination of application maintenance and infrastructure services, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
- Work closely with client business and technology leadership to define and prioritize strategic objectives for infrastructure and product portfolio.
- Assess and optimize our Data Center environment, aligning with G+D standards and architectural blueprints.
- Lead the team responsible for Production and Commercial infrastructure services, including monitoring and providing L1 and L2 support.
- Accountable for staffing, resource management, cost budget, technical direction, estimates, and overall process for all app maintenance and infrastructure delivery.
- Collaborate with the security group to ensure data privacy and security standards are maintained, meeting compliance requirements such as PCI, AMEX, ISO27001, and other government regulations.
- Proven experience in managing information technology projects, including design of infrastructure solutions and business processes.
- Strong computer security and related certifications (PCI, ISO27001, SOC, etc.).
- Minimum 7 years of management experience in transnational companies in Information Technology areas, with at least 5 years of experience in the card sector.
- Extensive technical breadth gained through experience in multiple infrastructure domain architecture disciplines, including application and information disciplines.
- Knowledge of processes related to cards' manufacturing and personalization.
- Fluency in English and native speaker.
