Job PurposeThe Hardware Solutions Onboarding team aims to be the primary interface for the deployment of Hardware Technology projects. The goal is to ensure a consistent and high-quality onboarding experience for clients and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Implementation and Process
- Collaborate with the Customer Front End and Regional Offices Operations to collect project rollout details and relevant documents in accordance with account opening procedures and local regulations.
- Review and approve new client onboarding projects for global accounts.
- Perform qualitative and quantitative checks on New Solutions Onboarding projects.
- Ensure all deployment files are stored and maintained accordingly.
- Manage machine reservation and supply chain planning at the project level.
- Provide guidelines and templates on the deployment process of solutions.
- Prepare regular reports for Management review (account documentation irregularities, monthly statistics).
- Ensure timely processing of static data updating requests.
- Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree holder.
- 3-4 years of experience in solution onboarding.
- Project management experience is a must.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Fluency in written and spoken English, bilingual preferred.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
