Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Import/Export Coordinator to join our team at Connest Mexicana. As an Import/Export Coordinator, you will be responsible for planning and executing the entire logistics procedure, particularly for export operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage import and export documents, including invoices and Annex 24.
  • Verify receipt of orders and control shipping schedules.
  • Negotiate transportation and handling costs, as well as space and availability of equipment for air/sea/land cargo operations.
  • Follow up closely with agents to ensure pricing is provided on time.
  • Cooperate with internal departments on production planning, issue purchase orders, and manage all payments, including advance/balance payments, import tax, shipping fees, and freight forwarder fees.

Requirements:

  • Excellent command of Excel and English (50% necessary).
  • Responsibility, punctuality, and a minimum of 6 months of experience in the area.

Working Conditions:

  • Full-time position.
  • $14, $18,000.00 per month salary.
  • Monday to Friday work schedule.
  • Benefits: food vouchers, attendance bonus, productivity bonus, punctuality bonus.

Requirements and Preferences:

  • Excellent command of Excel and English (80% necessary).
  • Responsibility, punctuality, and a minimum of 6 months of experience in the area.
