Job Overview

This Senior Key Account Manager role will play a pivotal part in driving sales and revenue growth for top-tier retailers in Mexico. You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive account plans, fostering strong relationships with executive levels of key accounts, and leveraging cross-functional internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of our solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute long-term partnerships with selected key accounts and large top-tier retailers
  • Ensure consistent sales and Gross Profit performance by aligning strategies and tactics across Trade Marketing, CPFR, Sales Field Operations, Finance & Marketing
  • Lead contract negotiations and develop account business plans aligned with strategic business objectives and emerging market trends
  • Review and present Executive Business Summaries to top-tier accounts, highlighting accurate business results, market data, financial outcomes, and operational issues
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders on identifying business opportunities and developing effective strategies and tactics

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of the beverage industry and Mexican market dynamics
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with experience in building and maintaining strategic partnerships
  • Ability to analyze complex data, identify market trends, and develop actionable insights
