Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Demand Specialist to join our team at Thermo Fisher Scientific. As a Clinical Demand Specialist, you will be responsible for generating clinical demand for our biomarkers portfolio, specifically for the PCT Biomarker license partner across the LATAM region.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the direct sales team by generating clinical demand of our tests with physicians, patients, and laboratory technicians, understanding their business and analytical needs.
- Support installations, trainings, and after-sales support to end customers, distributors, and license partners.
- Support the collection of new opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional groups comprising product management teams, product marketing, vertical marketing, and R&D on new development projects, including hardware and software.
- Provide scientific expertise to guide strategic collaborations with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
- Address challenges in a proactive and timely manner by providing regular feedback to the commercial and demand generation teams.
Requirements
- Any Clinical Laboratory career as QFB, QBP.
- Master's Degree and PhD greatly appreciated.
- Experience as a Product specialist for the core of laboratory.
- Knowledge of the clinical laboratory routine.
- High communication skills at a scientific level.
- Eager to keep studying and learning.
- Advanced level of Excel and PPT.
- English proficiency of 80% or higher.
