As a Project Director, you will be responsible for leading multiple large-scale, complex projects for Client IT initiatives. Your primary focus will be on ensuring project deliverables meet clients' business requirements on time, scope, and budget.

About the Role:

As a Senior Project Manager, you will work closely with global teams to provide project management of multiple large-scale, complex, high-profile, and high-risk projects. You will utilize Client's project management methodologies and frameworks to ensure cost-effectiveness, efficiencies, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop project plans, including project objectives, measurable metrics, tools to be used, impacted systems, system specifications, schedules, project budgeting, and stakeholders.
  • Prioritize critical tasks during the planning phase to ensure critical functionality continuity in the short term.
  • Articulate project objectives and establish tracking mechanisms to measure and track these objectives.
  • Update key stakeholders, their roles on the project, and their upstream and downstream system dependencies.
  • Identify change management needs and process changes to prepare detailed organization-wide change management strategies for all teams impacted by systems implementations, upgrades, and ongoing modifications.
  • Manage project execution to adhere to the project budget, scope, and schedule.
  • Report statuses, progress, risks, and deviations to the steering committee, executive leadership (where needed), and key stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge and understanding of Project Management Institute's Project Management Body of Knowledge.
  • PMP certification or equivalent preferred.
  • Knowledge and understanding of Information Management (including record keeping) policies and practices.
  • Experience working with global teams.
  • Manufacturing industry experience working in a customer-facing role.
  • Proven experience with Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
