Job Overview

Sunningdale Tech Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager for Plastic Moulding Operations to lead our plastic moulding project management team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget.

About the Role

  • Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets for plastic moulding projects
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met efficiently
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or delays, and implement mitigation strategies as needed
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements throughout the project lifecycle
  • Lead and motivate project teams to achieve project goals and objectives
  • Foster effective communication and collaboration among team members, stakeholders, and vendors
  • Provide guidance and support to team members, promoting a collaborative and high-performing work environment
  • Resolve conflicts and address any issues that may arise during project execution
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, milestones, and deliverables
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment with project objectives and priorities
  • Continuously improve project processes and outcomes by soliciting feedback from stakeholders
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and optimization within the plastic moulding project management framework
  • Implement best practices and lessons learned from previous projects to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
  • Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and innovations related to plastic moulding processes and project management methodologies
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, schedules, budgets, and progress reports
  • Prepare and present regular status reports and updates to management and stakeholders

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
  • Proven experience (4+ years) in project management, specifically in plastic moulding or related manufacturing industries
  • In-depth knowledge of plastic moulding processes, techniques, and materials
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to effectively lead and motivate cross-functional teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation
