Job Summary

As a seasoned Manufacturing Site Manager at Aptiv, you will lead the production team to achieve key performance indicators and maintain high standards of EHS, Quality, and Corporate performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise production scheduling to meet predetermined cost standards.
  • Ensure adherence to quality levels (FTQ) and optimal human resource utilization.
  • Enforce safety rules and train new staff in key functions.
  • Make decisions for production lines to ensure best performance.

Requirements

  • 5 years of manufacturing experience, with 2 years as a Manufacturing Manager.
  • Engineering degree and master's degree preferred.
  • Bilingual (English / Spanish) and excellent employee and customer relations skills.
  • Lean, Six Sigma, Project Management, and NPI experience.
