Customer Service Relationship Manager

**About the Opportunity:**
Avantstor is seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to work onsite in Mexico City. This intermediate-level position requires answering routine customer inquiries and issues, escalating complex complaints to senior representatives, and ensuring excellent communication with internal and external customers.
The working hours will be adjusted as follows: 9:00am - 6:00pm CST (11:00am-8:00pm EDT).
We are looking for an individual with a background in customer service or support who is interested in this challenging role.
**Key Requirements:**
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent required; high school diploma preferred
- 1-3 years of experience in a customer relationship type role (sales, call center, etc.)
- Bilingual in English & Spanish (C-1 & C-2 LEVEL)
**What You Will Do:**
- Owns the customer request and experience from initiation to conclusion
- Processes all customer requests via computer, utilizing multiple systems, programs, and monitors to research information
- Researches and resolves customer issues, expedites back orders, handles returns, and special requests
- Interacts proactively with outside sales force to ensure regular communication on pricing and other customer concerns
**Working Conditions:**
This position typically works in an office environment with adequate lighting and ventilation. The job requires minimal physical effort and mostly sedentary work.
