Customer Relationship Specialist

As an essential member of our team, you will be passionate about providing excellent customer service, resolving individual needs, and communicating effectively with customers in English and other local languages.
Your role will involve:
- Taking ownership of resolving customer complaints, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring seamless communication with colleagues and manager.
- Understanding the impact of service time responses on customer satisfaction and working towards meeting agreed service levels.
- Empathizing with customers' emotions, remaining calm, and offering solutions to ensure their satisfaction and maintain a good relationship.
- Encouraging feedback and using it to improve future shopping experiences.
- Using contact centre tools to access information about IKEA's range, services, and marketing campaigns.
- Supporting additional sales opportunities by informing customers about available choices and creating revenue through sale pitches.
Our ideal candidate has 1-2 years of experience in call centres or customer service, demonstrates a courteous and professional manner, and can communicate confidently in English and other local languages.
The salary for this position is approximately $45,000 - $55,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and location.
