About the Role

This position is responsible for delivering exceptional client experiences by engaging with clients in the lobby to educate and assist with conducting transactions through self-service resources. Key responsibilities include accurately and efficiently processing cash transactions, building strong relationships with clients, and connecting them to solutions that meet their financial goals.

Desired Qualifications

• Experience in financial services and knowledge of industry products and solutions
• One year of demonstrated successful sales experience in a salary plus incentive environment
• Six months of cash handling experience
• Bachelor's Degree or business-relevant Associate's Degree
• Spanish preferred
