About the Role
This position is responsible for delivering exceptional client experiences by engaging with clients in the lobby to educate and assist with conducting transactions through self-service resources. Key responsibilities include accurately and efficiently processing cash transactions, building strong relationships with clients, and connecting them to solutions that meet their financial goals.

Desired Qualifications
- Experience in financial services and knowledge of industry products and solutions
- One year of demonstrated successful sales experience in a salary plus incentive environment
- Six months of cash handling experience
- Bachelor's Degree or business-relevant Associate's Degree
- Spanish preferred
