About the Role
This position is responsible for engaging clients in the lobby to educate and assist with conducting transactions through self-service resources, such as mobile banking, online banking, or ATM. Key responsibilities include accurately and efficiently processing cash transactions for clients as needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Process cash transactions for clients with accuracy and efficiency.
- Assist clients with conducting transactions through self-service resources.
- Provide education and support to clients on banking products and services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their financial needs and goals.
- Identify and recommend banking solutions to meet clients' needs.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales and customer service goals.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- One year of cash handling experience preferred.
- Experience in financial services and knowledge of financial services industry, products and solutions preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in sales and customer service.
- Knowledge of banking products and services.
- Ability to learn and adapt to new information and technology platforms.
