Job Summary

Nissan is seeking a highly skilled Warranty Dealer Auditor to join our team. As a key member of our internal audit department, you will be responsible for planning and performing complex audits to ensure the quality and condition of our controls.

Key Responsibilities

  • Audit clients' files in the Dealer Network to identify any noncompliance situations with internal policies.
  • Communicate with the administrative representative at the Dealer Network to clarify preliminary issues.
  • Report preliminary findings to the Supervisor or Junior Manager for feedback.
  • Identify potential risks in the Dealer Network and communicate with the Total Customer Satisfaction Area.
  • Perform TSTs, preliminary issues report, closing reports, and attend Dealers' doubts.
  • Document current activities into internal manuals.
  • Draw logical conclusions based on information gathered during the audit to determine financial impact and share with Junior Manager.
  • Communicate audit results to Dealers and other related groups.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineer, industrial engineer, or related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in internal or external auditing and handling interviews.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
  • Intermediate English language skills.
  • Ability to travel 90% of the time to Nissan dealers in Mexico and LATAM.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge in Power BI.
  • Skills in collecting and analyzing complex data and drawing logical conclusions.
