Danaher - Global, a leading life sciences company, offers an exciting opportunity for a LATAM West Channel Partners Leadership Manager. In this role, you will drive sales revenue growth in the Latin American region through indirect management of channel partner distributors. You will be responsible for achieving annual sales targets while adhering to SCIEX compliance guidelines.
This position reports to the Latam West General Manager and is part of the Commercial Team located in Mexico. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to:
- Develop and implement strategies to increase distribution partners' sales capabilities and performance.
- Provide market expertise and sales guidance to channel partners, ensuring they are equipped to effectively promote SCIEX products.
- Collaborate with internal resources to ensure seamless communication and support across finance, marketing, and sales administration teams.
- Maintain relationships with channel partners, addressing their needs, and resolving any issues that may impact sales performance.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree in chemistry, biology, or a related field, with at least 8 years of sales experience. Proficiency in English is required, as well as experience in analytical chemistry and sales funnel management. The ability to travel up to 50% is also essential.
