About the Role
Feverup is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Paralegal to join its global Legal, GRC & Policy Team. As a Paralegal, you will provide administrative support to the global Legal Team, with a focus on regional support to the Americas.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support, including file organization and legal document preparation across different jurisdictions.
- Manage and optimize existing tools and processes to optimize team efficiency and efficacy.
- Use and maintain tools to track and project progress against legal and business objectives.
- Proactively collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g. HR, finance, insurance, and business operations) to achieve business objectives.
- Coordinate relationships with legal services providers.
- Upskill, support, and grow other team members.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will:
- Have 2-4 years experience in administration, secretarial or similar fields. Paralegal and/or legal operations experience is a plus.
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including cultural awareness, empathy, conflict management, and stakeholder/client communication.
- Be native/bilingual in English and Spanish. Proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
- Have experience working on diverse or international projects, or on international teams.
- Have strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills, with attention to detail and ability to independently work to project deadlines.
- Be detail-oriented to ensure that work produced is accurate and error-free.
- Be familiar with Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite tools, experience with legal process tools like Jira, Salesforce and e-signature software is a plus.
- Be flexible and adaptable to changing requirements and timelines, with a willingness to learn through experience.
