Job SummaryTo support our extraordinary teams, we're looking for a Business Systems Analyst located in Guadalajara, North. Reporting to the IT Manager, this role will explore complex business problems to solve them with automated, customized, developed, and standardized systems implementations and solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Research complex business problems and propose automated solutions to improve operations and process efficiency.
- Provide technical expertise in identifying, evaluating, and developing systems and procedures that are cost-effective, offering consultation to users related to automated systems.
- Research, design, and test new systems and system enhancements in line with the deliverables of site business/customer requirements.
- Resolve required improvements on the systems and supervise their correct implementation to meet site business/customer's requirements.
- Communicate with users to troubleshoot and resolve day-to-day system issues to ensure smooth operation.
- Execute Global IT projects.
We're looking for a candidate with:
- BA/BS or equivalent work experience.
- EDI knowledge is required.
- Signal mapping and test.
- Specifications for development team.
- ERP setup for EDI signal generation.
- Functional knowledge, education background in Systems or industrial engineering, Computer science, programming, or related careers; or relevant working experience required.
- Demonstrates advanced knowledge of functional concepts and a solid understanding of Flex policies and procedures.
- Has awareness of the functional impact on work processes and other functions.
- Knowledge in SQL, team focus, Desirable knowledge in Jira and confluence.
- API knowledge will be appreciated.
- Nice to have AIM methodology knowledge.
