As a Team Leader LATAM, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of medical imaging. You will lead a team of professionals, manage processes, and drive financial performance, all while upholding our values and commitment to excellence.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure their success.
  • Oversee financial operations, including financial reporting, general ledger maintenance, financial close, and balance sheet review.
  • Ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs), Group internal controls, and Group Policies.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal clients and stakeholders, ensuring excellent customer service and communication.

Your Background

  • Proven experience in financial operations, including R2R processes, financial accounting, and internal controls.
  • Excellent understanding of Operations, Quality management, and SLA frameworks.
  • Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles, such as IFRS, and internal control principles.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office packages and ERP systems, including SAP and JDE.
  • Ability to travel up to 10-15% of the time.
