Job Description:

This role involves managing internal and external customer service activities, including technical support, order, and payment-related assistance, claims management. You will coordinate with relevant functions to ensure complete case ownership and increase customer satisfaction.

You will analyze statistics, including forecasting, pacing, etc., using available tools and collect relevant information to take appropriate actions to improve process efficiency.

The work model for this role is on-site, contributing to the Electrification Area in a specific region.

You will be mainly accountable for managing local Order Management teams and communicating expected delivery dates based on customer needs and organizational capabilities.

You will lead local Operations Planners, Master Schedule Planners, and Material Planners in processing orders less than standard lead time, ensuring 100% on-time delivery.

You will oversee the use of SAP tools to create a world-class customer experience that schedules and tracks customer orders from PO to delivery, reducing cycle time.

You will monitor schedule adherence to ensure issues jeopardizing on-time shipment are known and unavoidable delays are flagged early and proactively communicated to customers.

You will lead quality improvement processes, including identifying root causes for deviations from schedule and directing follow-up improvement actions.
